I’m not sure I understand the ask - per BigFix 11 - Detailed System Requirements - Customer Support these are supported?
In my Console, they do appear to have Patch sites (I don’t have any of these myself to check though … ). You may just need to enable the sites and subscribe computers using the ‘License Overview’ dashboard…
We are being told by BFI L3 that Amazon Linux is not supported and to create the idea (RFE).
The Idea doesn’t spell it out, is this to add support for the ‘Extras’ repo or something beyond normal support? Are you asking to troubleshoot something custom, or add support to earlier versions of BigFix, or something else?
For the many tasks that customers have to run to inventory scan a machine for software asset management purposes, we have opened cases for AL only to hear that AL is not supported.
The idea is to get BFI to support it. Specifically, AL2 and AL2023 and beyond.
