I have a Windows 2008 Vm that was reporting fine and patching successfully to the BigFix server and I upgraded to Windows 2012 and it stopped reporting
I uninstall agent
Upgraded bigfix server to BigFix 10
Manually install agent again
It comes up on the console but it shows not reporting and it’s grayed out
You’ll need to post a longer part of the client log, or open a support ticket and they can walk you through the process. Not enough here to troubleshoot, but the NotASignedMessage is not likely to be part of the problem.
Need more of the registration & relay select messages.
