VM Manager Connection Failed

Hi All,

I am facing an issue while setting up Microsoft Hyper-V VM Manager in ILMT web console.
it says connection failed though my credentials are correct.
I have checked the trace log at “C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Client\LMT\VMMAN\logs”

Check those links, make sure your credentials are in correct format, make sure you have correctly configured the connection and try again. (check if WinRM is configured as mentioned in the doc, check the ports as well, maybe not default ones are used in your env)

Thanks for the quick response @michalpaluch.
Credentials are correct but test connection fails with exit code 10.
I tried both the ways.

But both the ways failed.

Any suggestion on this?

Hi

I am having a problem gathering data from Hyper-V, do you know what to do, if the Hyper-V administrator will not accept to change the WINRM setting ” AllowUnencrypted” to true ?
