VM Manager Configuration Issue - BigFix Inventory

Hello All,

I am trying to add Nutanix Prism in BFI but getting error as Unknown problem. Cross checked Trace log but log does not provide any relevant information.
Please suggest what can be possible remediation for this issue.

In debug log file, I see below error. Please suggest if anyone has faced similar issue

Are you using the Nutanix URL as described in the following link?

Does the ID have proper RESTAPI access?

Yes I am using url as mentioned in BFI documentation.

As per Nutanix Support Team , Prism Central supports V3.0 API Call but in BFI We have limitation to use V2.0 API.
Do we have any alternative solution for the same ?

I suggest to open a Case with HCL BFI support and provide the details from Nutanix Support Team so that BFI L3/Dev teams can provide options or when the V 3.0 API will be supported
