We have a number of installs of Office 365 ProPlus 2016 Visio. I am trying to find those installs in software classification in BFI, but am not finding them. I want to ultimately get usage per user for Visio. I did this in the past, but something has changed.
Seems like every time, I need inventory data like this I get let down.
This will need further review to check 1) What signature is defined in BFI Catalog 2) Do the signature definitions match with the installed component (Ex: If signature is using file name/size and package data, do they match?). These can be verified from Reports -> Package Data and Reports -> Scanned File Data.
I see similar issue with Visio 2019, the Package name doesn’t match.
Otherwise please open a support case with HCL BFI team and ask them to pass on the case to the HCL BFI Catalog team.
