Wasn’t there a knowledge base article that explained the steps to send an infected file to BES support for further analysis? I am unable to find it. I have an infected file that was not picked up by RT the other day. Possible that there was no signature at the time (and might be one now). Is that something I can still submit to support to have it checked out? If so - would you be so kind and point me to the process. Thanks!
