For troubleshooting purpose I need to investigate client log using console, rather than manually going to the machine. I installed console right click option but it is not working in my case.
There are several errors like “Access is denied”, “Network path not found”, “Logon failure: bad user name or password” and “The system cannot find the specified path”
Can anyone help me how can I achieve the desired results?
I believe the thing you are trying to use requires that there be a known admin account configured on the endpoint and that the right click thingy know what that admin account is, or have a domain account with admin rights over all endpoints.
It is possible to run a task that will upload the client logs to the root server so that the logs can be examined there.
