Using Offers

(imported topic written by KimberlyNNH91)

I created an Offer on 4/6 to update Java that was set to deploy at 1 pm the next day - 4/7. For some unknown reason, people started getting the offer the afternoon of 4/6. I had sent out an email on 4/6 explaining the offer would be starting on 4/7, so of course the users (and me!) were surprised and confused. Nothing installed because the install was not set to start until 4/7. Any idea why the offer went out to users a day early?

thank you

What constraints did you use (specifically start time and end time)?

Thanks,

Ben
