Using BigFix to apply firmware patches to Solaris systems

I’m assuming that, since firmware patches aren’t OS patches, BigFix doesn’t provide fixlets (or tasks) to apply firmware updates.

If this is the case, has anyone used BigFix to apply these updates?

If it can be done on the command line, it can be done through bigfix.
