With the introduction of the BigFix Scanner service (https://help.hcl-software.com/bigfix/11.0/BigFix_Scanner/BigFix_Scanner/overview/scanner_overview.html) when the BESRemove Tool is executed to remove the BigFix components from a system it fails because the BigFix Scanner service is not being removed and some files are being held by the service.
