I was wondering how to go about uploading all files from a PC using the upload manager that have a certain extension. Such as *.doc *.xls etc… I would like to have it search all subdirectories.

This is tricky… we will need to write an action that will find all the files first and then upload them all…
But this could be an awful lot of data… are you sure you want to do this?

I am looking at using big fix from a forensic perspective, we on occasion have to pull information from a PC that may not be connect to our network for weeks at a time or only for short periods of time.
My thoughts would be to use an internet relay, create an action that I assume would run regardless until the action completes, then upload the files once the PC could make a connection back to the relay. Seem reasonable?
