Hey everyone,

I have a quick question.

We have a server that has the error: Warning: Upload Manager Directory full - BES server/relay

I know I can increase the max size, but my question is:

Is it safe to clear this directory?

Or is there another way to get the size down again?

Hi JRigas,

Those files are uploaded by the upload manager… Which would either be from be from Asset Discovery, Software usage analysis, or some custom settings that you made… You can delete them, but depending on what those files are, you might lose some data…
