Upgrading BES from 8.1 to 9.0.778

i want to upgrade my TEM server 8.1.551.0 to 9.0.778. , please suggest me how to do it manually or by using the upgrade fixlet .

For the server, I generally recommend upgrading manually so you can watch it progress through the upgrade, since people tend to get more anxious while waiting for the server upgrade to complete. Instructions are here:

For other components, the upgrade fixlets are fine.

Web Reports is generally part of the Server installer so would be upgraded at the same time as the other Server components. Do you have a standalone Web Reports installation?
