Upgrade v9.5.9 to v9.5.13

I just attempted to upgrade my instance of bigfix from v9.5.9 to 9.5.13 - all seemed to go smooth until i logged into my webreports server. I get this error:

Content error: in domain specification AllContent.BESDomain File error “class DirectoryNotFoundError” on “C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\BESReportsServer\wwwroot\SiteData\BIGFIXSERVER\Sites\BES Support\BESDomain_3_0.xsd” : “Windows Error 0x3%: The system cannot find the path specified.”

The folder “BES Support” is in fact missing. I’m just not sure what to do about it. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and might be able to provide some help.

HCL support team helped me out with this one. Stop the report server service, delete the folder under “C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\BESReportsServer\wwwroot\SiteData" and then start the report server service.
