An updated BES Deleted Computer Remover was posted today:

Two new flags were added:
-c - Gives a count on the number of rows to be deleted prior to deletion
-r - Schedules a full data refresh for computers that have results deleted.
The -r flag is intended to address a known issue with BES Clients that report in after having their results deleted. This option will mark the client as needing a full refresh in the BES Server registration list. The next time the BES Client registers the BES Server will tell it to report all state information again. This should help avoid BES Clients that report for most of their properties due to having the results deleted from the database.
Please use the -r flag going forward.
