I’m getting consistent “Failed” (exit code 4) when deploying “Update: Dell Command | Update v5.7.0”. The error seems to indicate the update is not launching with administrative privileges which is odd if it’s being launched by BigFix.
Dell installer throws Exit Code 4 when it detects an incompatible legacy product already on the endpoint.
Check for incompatible product and uninstall it. Logs should be generated by installer in programdata folder
