Unpin an icon from user taskbar

Good morning!
Have an issue where an update to Google Chrome browser to clients has created a dual pinned icon on client taskbars. The second pinned Chrome browser icon is listed as “Google Chrome (2)”. OK, removed the icon from “%AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar”, but the icon persists.
Anyone know how to have BigFix unpin an icon from client PC taskbar?
Windows 10 Enterprise v1809 x64.

Do you know how you’d do this from the command line, with a Powershell script or something? If you can figure out a way to reliably do that, we can help you turn it into a fixlet.
