Uninstalling of Infoexpress Cybergate Keeper Agent

Hi there, I wish to uninstall Cybergate Keeper Agent using Bigfix. I searched the whole forum and can’t find anything. I am also not familiar with scripting in bigfix.

I’s not sure if there is a fixlet which does it but there is a fixlet to install the agent by bigfix.

Would appreciate if someone can help.

Hi Andy,

Can you tell me two things and I can probably help:

  1. What is the exact name of the application in “add/remove programs”?

  2. Can you tell me how to uninstall the application silently from the command line?

Ans : CyberGateKeeper Agent

  1. Can you tell me how to uninstall the application silently from the command line?

Ans : Just run uncga.exe from the directory C:\Program Files\CyberGateKeeper Agent
