Uninstall BigFix and Clients

It turns out that our cyber department will not allow us to use a proxy server and firewall exception to use the BigFix with ILMT. Instead, we will need to install ILMT lite as we just have 4 computers.

I want to make sure I get a clean uninstall, so I was looking for documentation on how to complete. I wasn’t sure if I should manually uninstall the clients first on the remote machines or if that matters.

We are on a windows platform, so my plan was to use the control panel to uninstall.

Does this sound like a reasonable plan?

The BESREmove utility is what you need.
