Upon restoring the bigfix server we’ve encountered an error stating “Unexpected Error Class NoMatchingRecipients” and this affects the LDAP users login to our environment.

The Forum is really not a good place to get real-time support…if you have a “System Down” issue please open a support incident so an engineer can work with you directly.
