We are Unable to start Besclient and BesRelay Service on The Windows relay server.
Getting below error while trying to start Those besclient and relay services.
On log file i found below error.
At 14:15:45 +0930 -
Starting client version 9.2.1.48
Unhandled error: class NotASignedMessage
Client shutdown (Unexpected error)
What do you see in the event logs? and also make sure you have the right actionsite.afxm file.
I’ve seen this error before, and what I could advise is to check the actionsite.afxm. I could be get corrupted when you copied it to the machine.
That message is definitely related to the masthead being missing or invalid (something changed the file) so you need to copy the correct masthead to the parent directory of __BESData (on Windows)
I Found the below Error on system event log
And Mathread file is empty…
From where i have toi copy Exact Mashthread file?
That is odd that the masthead file is blank. From the main server, go to the BES Admin tool, log into it with your site level private key (license.pvk) and password, and then click on the Export Masthead file. Rename this file to ActionSite.afxm, stop the client on the endpoint place this file in the BES Client directory and start the client back up.

Yes i replaced empty Actiosite.afxm with the Correct Masthread file(renamed it to Actionsite.afxm)
BesClient and Relay services are running now.and they are reporting…
