Unable to login: Web Reports

Hello, We are on BigFix 9.5.12.68
We are not able to login to “Web Reports”, when I look in the “BESReporting” DB, ‘User’ table. There is only 1 Domain User listed, and that account is invalid.
Is there a way for us to still use Web Reports? There doesn’t seem a way for us to login. I’ve tried all using BigFix Console ‘master operator’ accounts; thinking they would have access. And they don’t.
