Dears,
I am not able to launch web reports on the localhost where we have installed the BigFix server. We have put DNS entry for IP address as well. Configured PORT 8083 for web reports.
I am able to launch web reports sometimes, other times it does not open giving me a TLS error. I am using Internet Explorer version 11.
Can anyone suggest any troubleshooting??

I would start with looking to make sure that BESReporting database is showing properly and that it’s not compromised in any way. Also check to make sure the web reports service is running on the box it is located on.
After checking those we should be able to understand better but I would also highly recommend opening a case with HCL. While the forum is highly active and extremely helpful, your instance of Web Reports being down would fall more under an issue you want HCL Support to help you with.
