Hi, I am unable to install smart protection server(trend micro) using Hyper-V. It is giving error “Not met minimum hardware requirements”. I think issue with network adapter "It is not displaying any network details in the configuration page. Please let me know how to overcome this.
@soma: I don’t have all that much experience with smart protection server, butI think this is more a Trend Micro question. I’d ask on their forums instead (if they have any)? I don’t think any trend guys frequent these particular forums.

Did you use a Legacy network adapter in your configuration?
First I had the same problem, until I found that in the documentation.
I’ve installed the SPS on a Hyper-V without problems, so if you have any questions, let me know and maybe we can help each other.

Can you please provide a link for network adapters download. Actually it is displaying network adapter details because of not supported adapters.

This is something that needs to be configured in your HyperV. Right click on the VM, settings and then change your network to “Legacy Network Adapter”.
Can you check this please if this works?
