Hi ,
Can you provide bit more details on environment you are using ?
If you are using 9.1 or higher there must be proxy agent installed on the relay as now the proxy agent is part of platform. You can install proxy agent from Bes support site. On previous versions proxy agent could be installed as a part of Management extender
If installing proxy agent does not resolve your problem please provide as much details of Server/ Relay and client as you can

i have installed BES 9.0 in the environment and want to use VMware Virtual capability of the product, I did not get what you mean by proxy agent when i try to enable this not getting applicable computer , My BES root server on windows 2008 r2

site- subscription was not enable , so resolved it and working now…
