Inside the Pattern folder located at - C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\wwwrootbes\cpm\patterns - we only have pattern folder that date back to the
20120918_005359
, while the downloads are trying to find files dated in the folder
20120905_140117
.
In my troubleshooting steps I have performed the following actions,
-
Completed the Task - Clear BES Local Download Caches on all workstations
-
Manually updated the latest Pattern Update by completing the Pattern Update and Rollback Wizard to Deploy the latest pattern update
-
Completed the Task - Core Protection Module - Clear Windows Cache for Automatic Updates, which reports all systems in question with a Failed Status
-
Reapplied the Task - Core Protection Module - Apply Automatic Updates
Step 4 when running shows the
FAILED FILES
listed above. Which is causing us to manually deploy pattern updates to systems.
Does anyone have any other ideas on what else can be done to help resolve the issue…
Thanking you in advance,
Todd
