Troubleshooting BigFix Update Issues

I am new to BigFix technology and we have noticed that for the past few months, BigFix is not receiving the latest fixlets.

We have checked the required FQDNs that need to be whitelisted, and they seem to be okay, meaning there is communication.

Do you have any information on where the issue might be?

Check in the license dashboard to see if your licenses have expired.

The license had expired and we renewed it, but as far as we can see, we have an issue where we are unable to renew it manually through the BES Admin because we have identified a problem with the database connection.

Could not connect to the BigFix database.

Do you have any idea where the problem could be?

Try running BESAdmin as the Service Account that you use for the BigFix services.(Shift + Right Click → Run As a Different User)
