Trouble Installing Web Reports on Stand Alone Server

Hello All -

I am trying to install Web Reports on a stand alone server that is separate from the main TEM server. I am following the directions in this link and just cannot seem to get it installed properly:

I am using version 8.2.1372.

During the install, I get this error every time when trying to authenticate to a remote database:

"Server not found. Verify that the specified server exists. The server name cannot be empty."

Is anybody else seeing this behavior?
