Has anyone created or tinkered with a way to report on outstanding fixlets trending over time. We’d like the ability to show customers if certain fixlets are failing to install month over month on their machines. An engineer here was able to work some Excel magic, but wondering if there is a way to do this in Web reports.
I’ve messed around with the 12 month rolling compliance report, however, that seems to have discrepancies in it when compared to other reports. Generally, we supply our customers with the Fixlet Compliance by Computer group report.
Any assistance / insight / ideas / suggestions are appreciated.
