Trend Micro not detecting Trojen horse "SHeur4"

We are seeing trojan horse “SHeur4” spread. Trend Micro is not detecting it. Has anyone ran into this probelm? Are there any updates from IBM or Trend that we can use?

Yes. I run “ActiveUpdate Server Pattern Interval” and “Apply Automatic Updates” daily as policies. I have ran into a few instances where malwarebytes bytes will pickup a trojan that trend did not. I also have Smart protection servers and relays setup with smart scan enabled.

I think you should contact the support team or raise a ticket for such issue…
