Trend Micro Adapter service not restarting

We are having some issuse where the trend micro adapter service is not starting. When we attempt to restart it, it says the Trend Micro Adapter service started then stopped. When I look in the application logs it says Trend Micro CPM Adapter Server failed to access CPM Configuration file: CpmConfig.ini.

Any Help with this would do me a would of favors!!!

I currently have an open case with IBM/Trend on this. They have been very attentive in assisting me find a resolution to this. I provided them with a lot of requested information that they are digesting.
