We are currently in the process of rolling out CPM/Trend and are looking for information on accessing the Trend-specific information in the BigFix database. Specifically, we need to get information about each system such as is CPM installed, the Trend version, current DAT version, etc as well information about viruses detection events for each client.

This will integrate into an existing data warehouse and reporting infrastructure.

I have the database reference for 7.0 (we have integrated our current BES database into our data warehouse), but I haven’t found documentation on the CPM/Trend specifics. Where can I find this?

Hey Ethan,

You can use the same techniques to pull the Trend CPM information as you would for any other data… So you can use the SOAP API (http://support.bigfix.com/bes/misc/soapapi.html) or the database API (http://support.bigfix.com/cgi-bin/kbdirect.pl?id=161).
