I understand that TRC has been integrated partially with TEM. So without installing TRC, I can use the Remote Control feature also.

My question is after install TEM 8.1, there is none of the TRC feature on it. What I can see is only “Microsoft” in “Remote Control Configuration” Tree, there is nothing of “Tivoli Remote Control” display there. What could be the possibility? How to fix this? By installing TRC? Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Hi cm88,

You need to be subscribed to the TRC Fixlet site. It is supposed to come with the “Systems Lifecycle” package… Check with your sales person or email IBMTEMLicensing@lotus.com to see if you are entitled to it.
