Where can I find more information on tracking application usage. I have specified an application to track but am getting the message “Insufficient data available. There are no computers tracking extra.exe.” (extra.exe is the app I want to track). I need something to read to tell me how this works. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Jefister,

It sounds like you did the right thing… you need to wait a couple minutes to get some application data and then you need to hit the “refresh” button on the top-right of the dashboard (or open/close the dashboard).

Has the data appeared yet?
