TLS 1 and 1.1 on IVR

Any idea how to disable TLS 1 and 1.1 on IVR Retriever service? Already disabled on the server OS side.

Hi @julius.susmina, at this moment, we don’t have a documented option to disable TLS1 & 1.1 although it supports TLS1.2 & 1.3. Please open a support case with HCL Software Support so that a hotfix can be provided when it is made available to mitigate this issue. Thank you, Gus
