I have installed tivoli endpoint manager on ‘win2003 server’ virtual machine (with 1GB RAM).
In the start, TEM was working fine but after a day the number of fixlets gradually increased from 300 something fixlets to 80,000+ fixlets. And VM hanged. I have increased the RAM of VM up to 3GB but still it is not working. TEM constantly hanging on, How can I fix that problem? Please tell me ASAP

Given that you are saying you have 80,000 fixlets, I am going to have to assume you enabled every site in TEM. My test system which only has support for patching for Windows and RH only has about 18,000. The customer site I am at has about 34,000.
For my lab, I am running on a VM with 3GB ram on Win2003. It does good enough more my requirements and does not hang.
I would bump up the ram a bit more and remove some site subscriptions.
