I am trying to log into the Tivoli Endpoint Manager Admin tool, however it has a username of sa hard coded into the log in box.
The Database is stored on an SQL Server remotely and we have an SQL username and password we can use to log in here but as the username is greyed out unable to use it.
Can anyone advise how to unlock the username box for editing so i can use the username and password i know?
