I have this issue where a non-master operator has deployed patches; some endpoints’ patches in the same patch deployment are successfully deployed and completed, however some have with this error status/message-

"This action was not executed because the operator who created it is not an administrator of this client "

Looking forward for any advice regarding this. Thanks!

This is a generic error linked to the operator’s permission; whatever device the operator is attempting to manage does not have that permission.

Simply check his access and grant access to that device/site/RP.

Note: In general, you will not see this problem post taking an action; if an operator does not have access to such devices, they will be immediately going to get error within the console and will be unable to take action.

It could be related to a change in background permissions post action execution.

This operator has access/permissions to all endppoints, but some endpoints are successfully patched and some endpoints has this error, which is weird.

Guess will need to log a ticket.
