I Was currently used 9.5 version in windows server 2012, due end of support server 2012 i was installed 2022 srv and 9.5.23 version bigfix i also did activation. But under all content menu in console all tasks and scripts 0.i can’t do nothing. what i missed?

From the looks of the Sites folder you or your assigned role hasn’t been assigned any sites and therefore you won’t have access to any content in those sites. Also, you might have the “Show Non-Relevant Content” button enabled which can also hide content.
