The Windows download plugin exited unexpectedly

My download plugin is having an issue. It keeps exiting. I don’t know why. The environment is Windows server 2016 with Bigfix 10.0.7.52.

The following is in the Windows event log.

I’m afraid you’ll probably need a support ticket to troubleshoot that one.

The following was in the Windows Server eventlog. The solution was a restart of the root server. Restarting the Bigfix services did not resolve the issue.
