The BigFix KB is back up after being down for a while…
There really isn’t much to say about this except that we are sorry for any inconvenience for those who were looking for KB articles and got a blank page…
After we transition to the IBM Knowledge Base, it will be maintained by a whole team dedicated to the job so we expect better uptime.
With any luck, this will be the end of our problems with our systems that provide info to you guys…
