Could anyone help me?

I’ve subscribed the Inventory site and the BigFix Inventory installation is completed.

While at the “Provide the connection parameters to the databases and the IBM BigFix server” Page
I got the following error message after click “Create” button.

“The data source that you added is not subscribed to the IBM Endpoint Manager for Software Use Analysis fixlet site. Scan management and health data cannot be collected from this data source. To solve the problem, subscribe to the IBM Endpoint Manager for Software Use Analysis fixlet site and add your data source again.”

Note: I’m using a remote database.
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 for both of BigFix Server and MS SQL Server.

Which machine is subscribed to the BigFix Inventory v9 site? Perhaps your BigFix Server is not?

Which machine is subscribed to the BigFix Inventory v9 site? Perhaps your BigFix Server is not?

My BigFix server is subscribed to the BigFix Inventory v9 site and I install the Inventory on this machine.

What I have done are

  1. Enable the Inventory v9 site.
  2. Subscribe the Inventory v9 site.
  3. Copy BigFix Inventory installer from another BigFix Server.
  4. Install the inventory server…
