Hi team,

We have validated the fixlet id 24178501 (RHSA-2024:1785 - X.org Server Security Update - Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 (x86_64)) in BigFix version 11 it presents the error “the action script contains a syntax error”, while that same fixlet in BigFix version 10 the test is successful.

Could you please help me with the solution?

This likely means the RHSMDownload Plug-In is not registered or certificate has expired on your root server.
The Fixlets attempt to use the plugin during pre-execution download phase, so any errors that occur can only be interpreted as ‘script syntax errors’ because the error is triggered pre-execution.
