Reason:The HTTP request failed with error HTTP error 28: Timeout was reached

Working with IBM Support we determined that the IBM Endpoint Manager Diagnostics Tool simply isn’t waiting long enough for the response.
To verify this, Support had me open a browser on the server and open the URL
http://127.0.0.1:52311/cgi-bin/bfenterprise/BESMirrorRequest.exe
and verify that I was getting a response, but that it was taking longer than usual.
I am updating this ticket because I upgraded to 9.0.876.0 last night and, again, I’m seeing the same thing. The server seems to be working fine, but the BESMirrorRequest process is taking a while to respond to requests.
