Terminology for BigFix "WSUS" Server

Hello,

I am looking to see if anyone can give me the terminology of a BigFix “WSUS” Server, as the subject suggests. I have heard that for MDT Deployments, you are able to setup BigFix as a type of WSUS server, so that the “Install Windows Updates” part of the task sequences can look at BigFix to update, instead of having to go through Windows Updates when it doesn’t see WSUS.

I think you can set a rule on the patches that is dynamic. so instead of MDT looking for patches. BigFix will check is patches are present and then push the needed patches.
