TEM server and RVU license numbers

Hello,

During the installation of the TEM server the necessary licenses were generated. The number of licenses contained 100 RVUs. We have more licenses available to increase this value. On the https://tem.subscribenet.com/control/ibmt/login site we have set the value to 269 and accordingly the license values have been updated on the TEM console.

After a while it has restored to the default value (100).
However on the https://tem.subscribenet.com/control/ibmt/login site we can see that it is still 269.
What could be the cause of the problem?

Try refreshing the license dashboard later and see if the correct value shows. It’s like a caching issue.

If the problem still exists, email tem licensing and they should be able to look into it for you.
