Can someone explain to me what is taskkill.exe and kill.exe ?

Can i exclude this 2 files from AV scanning?

Those are very simple applications used to kill processes in some Fixlets… They are no danger to systems…

I think your AV is overreacting a bit, but you will need to figure out how to exclude them since it is an AV-specific issue…

I had a user this past weekend report that AVG was causing this false positive behavior. AVG’s false positive remediation process was rather painless and their current definitions no longer see the file as being a threat.
