Please excuse my ignorance, I am brand new to IBM BigFix. I tried to install the February 2019 Windows updates (as well as get caught up on the previous three months of updates) to our QA servers. I created the baselines for each month and set them to patch this weekend. I check the status of the servers and notice that for each action the state is expired and % complete is 0%. When I look at the summary for each action, they all say “0 Applicable Computers” and that all the targeted computers reported this action as non-relevant. I am not sure how this could be when BigFix reported to me that these computers were missing these security updates.
Some things I’d check -
Could the same patches have been applied by somebody else?
Did you have Baseline Relevance that made the baseline as a whole non-relevant?
Are the computers subscribed to the site in which the Baseline was created?
Are the computers still relevant to the source fixlets which were contained in the baseline?
