Syntax error? .EXE flags

I’m just not seeing the problem. The task is failing and not telling me why.

The Action is this:

runhidden “{value of variable “LPRROOT” of environment & “\HotFix\Q886904\release\setup\W2K-WXP\NDP1.1-KB886904-x86.exe”} /q /u”

I’m trying to gain remote control to one of the PCs to run QNA in it but from what I see remotely is that the LPROOT is valid and I can map a drive to it. After that I can change directory all the way down to the EXE.

I suspect my sytax is incorrect, with the /Q and /U flags.

Any ideas?

Nevermind, I found the issue. Local Policy set to not allow the non-admin user to run the install/uninstall
