SUSE 12 IEM Client upgrade

Hi All,

SUSE 12 servers are newly added to our environment and they are having 9.1 version of IEM client but when we are trying to upgrade IEM Client from 9.1 to 9.2.6.I can able to see Servers are currently reporting but upgrade IEM client fixlet is not getting deployed.

In-order to deploy patches to SUSE 12 Servers IEM client should be >= 9.0. That my understanding.

Second question I have:-
While configuring SUSE Plugin for SUSE 12 Server ,what url should I mention in Mirror url :-1:

Url which I have mentioned in Mirror url seems to be not working. These Url I have given from below link :-

If you are attempting to update the BigFix client it does not use the SuSE download plugin. The action will download from the site software.bigfix.com

There is no reason for the SuSE download plugin except for SuSE specific OS patches.

I want to patch SUSE 12 Servers but its saying Pending download status but when I am trying to download patches for other OS, patches are easily getting deployed within a min.

My concern here is why patching is not happening on SUSE 12 Servers. Do I need to configure anything else beside Download Plug-in.

i am unable to install the Agent on Susue 12 server, can you please help me to do that

You’d have to specify what error you are getting.
